Custom Transaction Coordination for Agents

Designed for busy agents, our transaction coordination services adapt to your workflow—giving you expert support where and when you need it.

Receive offers, draft counters as needed, and send for signatures via Docusign.

Send in introductory email and timeline and include all parties to the transaction.

For listing agents order NHD reports and draft / execute a complete disclosure package.

For selling agents obtain disclosures from listing agent, add missing broker required documents, and send to buyers for signatures.

Draft all documents related to the transaction (addenda, extensions, repairs requests, etc.).

Order home warranties and schedule inspections.

Proactively follow up with the lender to obtain appraisal and loan status.

Track all deadlines and obtain inspection, appraisal, and loan contingency removals.

Review all documents and reports and obtain any missing items.

Submit all fully executed documents and reports to broker for review.

Coordinate between escrow and your broker to ensure timely commission demands.

Follow up with escrow and lender for loan docs, funding, and recording confirmation.

Listing Service

Our Listing Service helps you stay focused and productive by managing your listings with speed and precision.

Update the MLS property status (i.e., Pending, Sold, Canceled, Expired).

Draft listing agreements and Docusign to your seller(s) for signatures.

Order NHD report and draft the full disclosure package pre-escrow.

Submit fully executed listing agreements to your broker for review.

Pre-open escrow (optional).

Listing Service: $50.00

Document Management

A service focused on drafting your documents and getting them signed by your clients.

Prefer to handle their own transactions but would enjoy our help with drafting documents and sending them to your clients for signing.

Your current TC will not or does not draft the documents that you need to complete your file.

As a supplemental service so your current TC can focus on follow up.

We will draft your listing agreements and offers and DocuSign them to your clients for signatures.

Up to 3 Listings and/or Offers: $45.00

Up to 5 Listings and/or Offers: $70.00

Up to 10 Listings and/or Offers: $130.00

(One time, up front, non-refundable payment)

When You Represent the Seller:

We will order the NHD report, DocuSign a full disclosure package to your client, and provide you

with a complete, signed disclosure package.

When You Represent the Buyer:

You send us the disclosures provided by the listing agent, we'll add any missing documents,

DocuSign them to your clients, and provide you with a fully executed disclosure package.

Up to 3 Disclosure Packages: $75.00

Up to 5 Disclosure Packages: $120.00

Up to 10 Disclosure Packages: $210.00
